The other half of the wine is conserved in a tank and at six months of time, the wine in the tank gets put into the barrels and vice versa. We do this to ensure that all the wine has had proper aging with the help of micro-oxigenation that takes place in the barrels. This makes a complex wine with body, vibrant color and typical aromas of Malbec (plum and cherry) with a touch of oak notes (toast, smoke, vanilla).
